AMY LANGE | MANAGING DIRECTOR / PORTFOLIO MANAGER | COVINGTON CAPITAL

Amy joined Covington in 2005 to focus on fixed income management for taxable and tax-exempt clients.  She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder with over 25 years of research and portfolio management experience.  Previously, Amy served as Portfolio Manager at U.S. Trust Company.  Prior to that, she held similar positions with Bankers Trust and The Boston Company.  She graduated from Boston College with a BS in Finance and Economics and received her MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from USC.  Amy is a member of the CFA Society of Los Angeles and the CFA Institute.  Amy is a member of the National Charity League, Women’s Leadership Council, and is involved with Vistamar School in El Segundo and PTAs in Manhattan Beach.

SCOTT SWANSON | Sr. VICE PRESIDENT / PORTFOLIO MANAGER | COVINGTON CAPITAL

Scott joined Covington in 2014 having previously served as Senior Analyst and Partner at Crowell Weedon & Company, and Portfolio Manager at Engemann Asset Management.  He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder with over 30 years of research experience.  Scott graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in Finance.  He is an active member of the Pasadena Tournament of Roses and is on the Board of Councilors for the USC Leslie and William Morrow Neighborhood Academic Initiative.

ROY ABERNATHY | EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, GLOBAL WORKPLACE STRATEGY | NKF

Roy Abernathy, AIA, IIDA, LEED AP, joined Newmark Knight Frank in December 2017 and currently serves as an executive vice president in the company’s Global Corporate Services consulting division. A 27-year workplace veteran, Mr. Abernathy has substantial expertise in architecture, sustainability, energy usage, business process, change management, workplace strategy and commercial real estate. He has been involved in more than 11 million square feet of real estate transactions, including four of the largest U.S. corporate mergers of the 1990s. Mr. Abernathy’s experience includes portfolios ranging from 2 million square feet to those with more than 100 facilities within the corporate, legal, communications, education and healthcare sectors.
