Ryan Harding is an Executive Managing Director with Newmark’s Century City office. Specializing in tenant representation and strategic planning, Mr. Harding currently manages real estate transactions for more than 300 clients throughout Southern California and across the globe.

Mr. Harding offers extensive experience with global firms across an array of industries, offering a comprehensive and unique perspective to solve complex real estate solutions and creative methods for his client's needs. He currently represents many technology corporations, media/print companies, non-profits, entertainment firms, financial services firms, consulting firms and construction companies.

Among his recent recognitions, Mr. Harding was NKF’s top producer in Los Angeles from 2012 to 2020. He was also honored as one of Real Estate Southern California’s “Top 40 Under 40” transaction advisors in 2012, and “Top 30 Under 30” in 2009, for his tenant representation work, community involvement and leadership.

Mr. Harding holds a bachelors degree in finance, with a minor in Spanish, from the Boston University Questrom School of Business. He is fluent in Spanish.
