EXECUTIVE MANAGING DIRECTOR

Ryan Harding is an Executive Managing Director with Newmark's Los Angeles office. Specializing in tenant representation and strategic planning, Mr. Harding currently manages real estate transactions for nearly 300 clients throughout Southern California and across the globe.

Mr. Harding offers extensive experience with global firms across an array of industries, offering a comprehensive and unique perspective to solve complex real estate solutions and creative methods for his client's needs. He currently represents many technology corporations, media/print companies, non-profits, entertainment firms, financial services firms, and construction companies.

Among his recent recognitions, Mr. Harding was Newmark’s top producer in Los Angeles from 2012 to 2023. He was also honored as one of Real Estate Southern California’s “Top 40 Under 40” transaction advisors and “Top 30 Under 30” for his tenant representation work, community involvement and leadership.

SENIOR MANAGING DIRECTOR

Jennifer (Jen) Frisk is a Senior Managing Director in Newmark’s Los Angeles office, where she specializes in tenant representation and strategic advisory services. Jen is a part of the leadership team spearheading Newmark’s Technology & Innovation Practice Group, a group of specialized advisors focused on the Technology, Advertising, Media and Information (TAMI)/Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) sector providing global connectivity to our clients.

Jen currently manages real estate transactions for clients throughout Southern California and across the nation. She is very active in the studio and entertainment markets, which are at the intersection of technology, especially in Los Angeles. With previous experience working for both principals and landlords throughout the region, she brings a unique perspective to her clients.

Prior to joining Newmark in 2015, Jen was an executive director at LA Realty Partners in the West Los Angeles office. She has been a Top Producer in 2015, 2016, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. Jen is the president of the Women’s Leadership Council in Los Angeles, a member of the Chief women’s networking organization and also sits on the board of the USC School of Policy Planning and Development.

Transaction Director

Christopher Torian is a Transaction Director with Newmark’s downtown Los Angeles office. Christopher works directly with Ryan Harding and Jennifer Frisk, with a specialization in tenant representation and strategic planning throughout Southern California and across the globe.

Prior to joining Newmark, Christopher worked in investment sales, with a specialization in ground-up development and adaptive re-use projects throughout Southern California.

Christopher is an active musician, ASA certified sailor and an avid snowboarder. He is a member of CCIM and the Young Leaders Group of the Urban Land Institute's Los Angeles Chapter. Christopher serves on the board of the LSU Alumni Association of Southern California and regularly volunteers with the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles.
