Ghost Management Group Inks 115K-SF DTLA Arts District Deal
Irvine, CA-based Ghost Management Group signed a 115,000-square-foot office lease at the Arts District’s ROW DTLA. The tech firm that operates the website weedmaps.com and offers technology services to cannabis brands will take the top three floors at 767 Alameda St.
The sprawling roughly 30-acre complex was redeveloped by New York-based Atlas Capital Group and Square Mile Capital Management, and encompasses nearly two million square feet of space spread across six buildings. Included in the mix of uses are 65 retail and restaurant spots, as well as 1.3 million square feet of creative office.
