Arrowroot Capital Signs Lease in Marina Del Rey
Arrowroot Capital has signed a new lease in the Marina Park office building at 4553 Glencoe Ave. in Marina Del Rey, California.
The financial firm will take 19,870 square feet on the second floor of the three-story, 74,827-square-foot building in Los Angeles County. The property was built in 1982 and renovated in 2017.
Eric Adams and Jennifer Frisk with Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, LaSalle Investment Management. Blake Olson of Avison Young represented the tenant in lease negotiations.
