Christopher Torian is a Transaction Director specializing in tenant representation and strategic planning. He advises occupiers across Southern California and nationally, leading market analysis, site selection and transaction execution for the team's client base.
Prior to focusing on occupier advisory, Christopher worked in investment sales and on ground-up development and adaptive re-use projects, experience he brings to evaluating buildings, landlords and deal structures on behalf of tenants.
