Ryan Harding is an Executive Managing Director in Newmark's Century City office, where he manages real estate transactions for over 300 clients across Southern California and globally. He specializes in tenant representation and strategic planning, working with technology corporations, media companies, nonprofits, entertainment firms, financial services, consulting and construction industries.
From 2012 through 2023 he was Newmark's leading producer in Los Angeles. He was recognized by Real Estate Southern California as a "Top 40 Under 40" advisor in 2012 and a "Top 30 Under 30" in 2009.
Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a minor in Spanish from the Boston University Questrom School of Business, and is fluent in Spanish.
